1. Free credits
Free credits are provided so users can test the product before paying. Free credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable.
Before purchasing a plan, users can review the homepage for the AI Bulk Listing Generator and test the workflow with available free credits.
2. Subscription payments
Subscription plans provide access to a set number of credits and paid features for the billing period selected at checkout. Subscriptions may renew monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.
Because AI generation creates usage costs, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after credits have been used. If you believe there was a billing error, contact support and we will review the account history.
3. Credit top-ups
One-time credit top-ups are intended for paid users who need extra credits beyond their plan. Top-up credits are generally non-refundable once purchased or used. If credits were not delivered after a successful payment, contact support with the payment details.
4. Failed generations
If a generation fails because of a service error, network issue, or AI provider issue, the product may allow retrying failed items. A failed generation should not require the user to restart a full batch when only a few items fail.
Refunds are not usually issued for isolated failed attempts when retry tools or replacement credits can resolve the issue. We may restore credits when our system confirms credits were charged for a generation that did not produce usable output.
5. Duplicate purchases or billing mistakes
If you are charged twice for the same plan period, charged after cancellation, or billed for a plan you did not intend to purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will review available payment records and work with the payment provider where needed.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription according to the payment provider's process. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless the payment provider or account rules say otherwise.
7. Annual plans
Annual plans are discounted because the user commits to a longer billing period. Annual plan refunds are reviewed case by case. Used credits, account activity, time since purchase, and service costs may affect the decision.

To request a billing review, contact us through the Contact page. Include the email on your account, the plan purchased, the date of purchase, and a clear explanation of the issue.
